Created in collaboration with the tourism team behind Wagga Wagga + Surrounds using locally grown Harefield Pistachios, citrus farmed in the Riverina, Murray River Pink Sea Salt flakes and native ingredients inspired and found in the region such as Wattle Seed, Lemon Myrtle and Native Pepper, this tasty and aromatic dukkah is a real show stopper whether enjoyed solo, encrusted onto some local lamb or scattered on top of your favourite salad to add crunch.
