Items will be shipped via Australia Post. Once you have finalised your order you will receive an e-mail confirming that the order and payment have been received.

International Delivery

The Wagga Shop is an Australian based retailer, however we are happy to ship internationally. All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). 

Australia Post International shipping costs will apply along with the appropriate insurance. Exact shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart. 

Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

• Items cannot be returned for a refund if you simply change your mind. If you feel the product is not quite what you were after we would be happy to offer an exchange within 7 days. Shipping costs will apply.
  
  
• If the item is damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as you receive the item and we will arrange a replacement.

• All items are to be returned at the expense of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
